Criminal law is the branch of law that regulates acts that are considered crimes or criminal offenses, and establishes sanctions or punishments given to criminals. Civil Law is a branch of law that regulates relationships between individuals or legal entities that are private in nature. Administrative law is a branch of law that  regulates the relationship between the government and individuals, as well as the relationship between government institutions in carrying out their duties and authorities. Administrative Law covers various aspects, including administrative procedures, public policy, legal protection of citizens, government administrative responsibility, state administrative oversight, and administrative dispute resolution. Some of the issues often governed by Administrative Law include licensing, appointment and dismissal of civil servants, public services, public procurement of goods and services, government regulations, administrative sanctions, state finances, and other areas related to governance.
